I tried searching for this post for almost two hours and I just can't seem to find it. A while back (when I was a lurker) I read a post where someone, not sure who, put an example of an e-mail he wrote to, I think, a Real Estate investor asking to sit down and gain some knowledge off him. The letter had in it that the person had nothing to offer in return at the time, but in the future.
The reason I ask is because I will be contacting some people this week and could really use that example to get rid of this damn writer's block.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize for asking this way, but I really couldn't find it in the "search" thing.
