My name is Sarah and I’m a wife to an entrepreneur and mom to a wild 2 year old! Though I have been married for 4 years, and considered myself “supportive” the entirety of our relationship, I’m finally starting to dive headfirst into truly understanding my husband and what he’s trying to accomplish! Took me long enough, I know.
The culture shock of being in a relationship with an entrepreneur is REAL. I grew up being told my family was poor despite my engineer father’s over 6 figure job. I was always told to trade time for money, save as much as possible and write off any money dreams as a fantasy. If any OKC moms happen to see this and want to connect, I’d love some support. This world is new to me, and I’m striving everyday to learn more to better understand my partner, and help him. We have also found this path to be lonely, and though my husband is used to being the only one in his life who understands the lesson MJ has written about, I am constantly on the lookout for community (especially now as a young mom).
