Hope you're doing awesome- I wanted to introduce myself to the forum.
My name is Camilo. I've been an entrepreneur for about 6 years, with varying degrees of success. My dream is to retire by 50 (ten years from now) living an unscripted life
6 years ago, I started a business selling pet products on Amazon. you can all guess how that went: I made Jeff Bezos a little richer, and put myself on bankruptcy. Lesson learned, time to read MJ DeMarco's books.
I'm an optimist and even in the darkest period of my amazon business' sinking, I began working on a CENTS-based business idea.
So far we're doing well even though 2020 delayed our progress.
It's a bit niche and I love it! In future threads I'll discuss my business in more depth with fellow fast trackers.
Having been an employee for most of my adult life (in the very gruesome film industry) I can tell you nothing beats the feeling of power, responsibility, and freedom a well built business will give you.
I have a world to learn if I want to reach my goal. I'm sure this is the place to share some of my experiences, as well as reading those of other people who have already walked my path.
