Hi All,
I'm an Aussie living and working in Chicago. Planning to get out of the rat race ASAP!. Currently working for a large tech company, earning decent $$, but sick of the drudgery of working for someone else.
I have been dabbling in real estate for the last 6 months and am now thinking of continuing that and adding some internet business(es) to it such as ebay and/or internet marketing. Would love to hear any advice or lessons learned from people that were at a similar point.
Most important to me is to build income from business(es) to a point where I can quit my job. Very important also is that this is location independent - that is, i can do it from anywhere.
