I came across your site one night brainstorming, I have looked over the site first before my first post. I have to say im definitely impressed. my name is Jason, but call me Jay, im currently working on brokering notes and REO tapes in order to raise capital to order purchase real estate namely apartment complexes im goal is $20 million passive minimum , then branch off to open shelters in Philly including a company that acts as a liaison between hospital and the shelters track and maintaining medical information & security. I have also have 3 movie ideas that I plan to write, produce and direct. also have a idea for a product that im working on that would be a hit with restaurants as well as open 3 of my own one being a theme restaurant. lastly open up homes for children through my future foundation.
