Here is my first post here to introduce me to the community.
First of all I would like to apologize if my english is not always perfect. It is not my native language and I will do my best to write it as well as possible.
So to introduce myself and my background, I am French, 27 years old. I have and engineering degree and three working experiences in very different fields. I realized last year that the life I had in France as a business manager for a small company was not going to allow me to make my dreams reality so I decided to move. I found a job in the UK and here I am, 15 months later. I have a job as a project manager for a big company which is a 6-4 job rather than a 9-5.
This is for the alimentary job I have and which allows me and my wife to be OK while I am developping my other project. I have always known that it must be something better than the employee condition and I have been looking for it for a long time and have done a lot of mistakes. I aim at reaching my financial independance as a lot of people here and to do so, I have tried to develop five ideas I had and invested some money in it before realizing that it was not going to work even if I thought it was a good idea from the beginning.
It is only a few weeks ago that I found the Fastlane Millionnaire book and read it within three days to realize why my previous projects were not working. Basically they were not responding to all the commandments of a fastlane.
After having read this book and discussed it with my wife, she gave me an idea coming from a problem they have in the restaurant she is working in and I decided to develop a product to address this problem. And here I am today. My company is about to be officially registred, my prototype is being manufactured as I write this message and I hope to be able to launch my product at the beginning of October.
I have still a lot of things to do before being able to launch it and the biggest part is marketing my product which is not my best capability but I am working on it and signed up here to share experience with all of you hoping that I will be able to help you with the errors I have done and that I will be able to find the help I need as well.
That is pretty much it I think. I hope that it is understandable and otherwise don't hesitate to ask me questions. I am happy to explain further if needed.
