I am Phil 28M, immigrated to Canada about a year ago. I have been reading loads of books over the years, one of them of course being the millionaire fastlane.
I started when I was 23 and have accumulated a bunch of interesting ideas the do`s and the don`t when it comes to self development, productivity and learning.
I am thinking of being a writer in those areas.
I have also plowed through tons of bad advice on self-development: ("Just love yourself", "Believe in the universe", "Just imagine in your mind the happy days and plenty of money everyday bla bla bla" )
I have seen one of the threads already on here pointing out the over hyped fake gurus.
I want to debunk this as a writer as well as provide some alternatives for the reader to follow.
However I want to see if people will find what I write helpful and resonate with it. Just because it helped me does not necessarily mean it will help others.
Do you have any suggestions for this?
Where would you post articles to get feedback from readers?
What kind of self-development myth did you find out the hard way?
