Hello all!
I'm looking to hire a full time employee from another country. I can't for the life of me come up with documentation as to the rules and regulations for this as far as taxes and other things go. This person would be working from their home in the other country not coming here. I just need to get pointed in the right direction to figure out what I need to be aware of as a business owner, such as my responsibilities tax wise and anything else. Any information you can provide me regarding this issue would be much appreciated!
