I have had good success hiring people in the Philippines for my search engine marketing agency.
Well, now I am going to a completely different continent to find appointment setters. People to fill my calendar with prospects. I got advice from a fellow agency owner, and I'm taking the plunge.
The forum threads seem to be slightly negative on the idea, but a lot has change din the world, and I am already surprised how good some of the applicant's English is. Only a slight accent... and it sounds classy to me. Lol.
Anyways, I am happy to hear any feedback people have, and will make this a mini progress thread for your benefit.
