Im starting to hire in house tax professionals and I have a dilemma.

If you had the choice would you go with the older person with a bigger ego and more experience or the younger guy with less ego and less experience. Remember im hiring for a very technical skill, not just something anyone can do. My pool of people to hire locally is pretty limited.
