Hello everyone.
Great forum.
I am experienced in the world of information technology (10+ years), ecommerce, and sales. I've invested in a 4 unit multifamily structure that has been sucessful thus far.
I live in Buffalo, NY. Own my own home and a 4 unit rental property.
I still work, but my goal is to get enough monthly cash flow income from real estate that I can eventually quit my "regular job" and devote more time to family, other business ventures, and of course real estate.
I invest for cash flow vs appreciation.
Financially, I'm still working and am fortunate enough to have built up a successful career where I make a decent six figure income. However, I want to take more control of my family's financial future. I believe real estate is the best way to do so.
PS - I also love ice hockey!
