The business I am launching is based around getting local businesses to advertise on my site.
I have been busy creating a website that is rich in content so that people will actually get to the site. I wanted to advertise before I went out and approached local businesses and asked for a payment to prove that I can/will drive traffic to my website (I intend to advertise for it a lot once it has advertisers to get them business through the door).
Anyway, my main question is this: is this a bad weekend to attempt to do this? Will my hits be less because there aren't a lot of people around or am I just reaching to find a reason to stall the process?
