F*ck it. I'll just start by saying that I am happy to be here and I think I will stay here for a long time.
I am right now 20 years old, finishing my first year in uni, don't like it, but it was the "best" decision I could've made at that time. By "best" decision I mean I was too lazy to go and put in the F*cking work towards something greater than uni, or heck even get a job. Altough now I am in a fine nest right now, uni bla bla, I still have a lot of time that i am wasting daily on a lot of stupid shit. From jerking off, procrastinating, social media ( watching make money/business type videos without ever applying knowledge ), porn, bad food etc, etc. Typical life of a programmed idiot.
To back track a bit, I wanted to become wealthy since I was 13, and since then I had my ups and downs ( well for a short while ).
From 13-16 I was just mentally mastubrating at all those videos of 7,8 figure gurus with courses, and when I was 16, I actually found on accident that smma guy Iman, followed him for a bit, ended up in a rabbit hole, found another guy whose name I can't remember that did email marketing, I went into that space made approx. $40k from age 16 and a half to 18. Then blew it all 3 months after my 18th birthday. I was basically doing email marketing for eComm stores, and pretty good at it aswell, provided massive value. But lacked one crucial thing. I lacked the discipline to push even more to get even more clients, I only got 1 eCom store paying me approx. $40k for my services, I took 10% of the revenue I generated, so I made them $400k-ish in that year. And when they sold their brand to a big m&a I lost my place.
Back on track, blew all the money away, didn't know it was possible to blow $40k worth of money in a small Eastern European country where I live in.
And after losing it all, so from the early 18s to now 20, I have chosen to be poor again, every day from the day I went "bankrupt" till today I had the choice to change, but decided not to. When writing and reading this it hurts like hell, and all thouse thoughts arise. What if I was more disciplined, heck i might've been in the millionaire zone by now, because of how much value I was creating for the brands. The only problem was at the time I was bankrupt, I tried to immediately get a few more clients, the industry started to get saturated with all those courses of eCom agencies bla bla.
Long story short, had an awesome opportunity in front of me, and because of poor choices that I personally made, nobody else to blame but me, I ended up in the same place I was before ( poor and idiotic ).
That's about it for the past ( well there's certainly more, but this is the "business" side of my past, I wouldn't even call it that but it is what it is. )
So now, on the present side of things.
As I said, in uni, but I will not drop out just for the sake of it, I am first looking to get back on track with finances that will just cover my basic needs, and then I can look into that option.
Right now my plan, is to at least start an arbitrage business of some sort.
What I've found out trough my friends, colleagues, proffessors about myself is that I am naturally charismatic, very persuasive and have some kind nack for people.
So my idea is altough I am very good at that naturally, I might wanna hone it in even more trough learning sales, because I never actually learned that skill. The first 10 reach outs to eCom brand owners, was a hit and I immediately gotten a client.
So what I am planning on doing for now is just learning skills like cold calling, appointment setting and closing.
So essentially, what my plan is, is to go in a niche ( nothing particular in mind right now ), but I will be judging the viability of the niche depending on the value I or someone I can pay can provide.
So essentially it would be a making of a small venture, that later might be capitalized into something bigger.
For example, digital services of some kind to mortgage brokers, or whatever, just an example. Don't really know who I will be going after, because I first need to do the most important thing.
UNFUCK MY FREAKING SELF, from all the negative shit, and start putting in the F*cking work.
The overview of my plan goes like this :
- Offer that makes me $150 profit per unit sold ( It would be reusable ( monthly )
- 6,000 businesses to cold call every month
- 6-10 closes out of those 6,000 ( because I have no track record of the numbers, might be more, might be less, we'll see )
That would net me monthly : $900 / month at 6 sales, which I think is fair to say is pretty doable given the fact that sales, cold calling, is just a numbers game.
Now, I will also create a seperate post for my "Big Goal" thread sometime in the future, when I get my feet off the ground when this plan hits off, and that's when I will reassure myself once again that I am going to achieve big things, not just dream about them.
