Hello everyone.

I'm in my 2nd-year of university pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.

First-year was fantastic; I had tons of fun. Made a lot of new friends/acquaintances, attended more events than I can remember, and overall had a blast. I was (and still am) heavily involved with extracurriculars. I hold executive positions in 3 different clubs. At the same time, I was able to pull in decent grades. I was also offered acceptance into my program's Co-Op stream due to my high extracurricular involvement.

Second-year is completely different. I'm now nearly done my 2nd month, and I must say, it's been nothing short of stress and depression. In general, I'm not happy. I want to be happy - but I'm not. I want to laugh, have fun, and share jokes - but I'm not. The stress is overpowering me which is affecting my mood and behaviour around my friends, roommates, and peers.

Why am I stressed? I believe it's because I'm doing too much. Yes, I'm in 3 different clubs - but the reason I'm in them is because 1) they're providing me with practical skills (like event planning, team management, public speaking, etc) and 2) they look good on my resume.

Now here's my dilemma - personal development and entrepreneurship are two major components of my life. There are things I want to do that relate to these two sectors of my life. I want to complete online courses on Udemy, read personal development/entrepreneur books, watch personal development videos and seminars, and study topics that are related to startup and entrepreneurship. Frankly, I don't have the time to indulge in any of these. I'm either focused on doing extracurricular club work or studying and trying to catch up on courses.

So, my question is - can there really be a balance between school, extracurriculars, personal development, and entrepreneurship? Or am I really just spreading myself too thin?
