I've been learning how to write swift for roughly 6 months now, no previous coding experience. My app is soon to be launched with some tweaking and finishing up here and there. Although, it's not the app that makes the cash but the business. After launching the app I need to turn the app into a business. So meanwhile, I'm looking to use my skills to make cash on the side.
Here's a bit about my skills:
I've read about various ways of making money through iOS developing including freelancing, selling source code of a simple app or modifying a current successful app eg what happened with the flappy bird app.
If I want to make cash on the side, what would be the most effective way to make cash? I don't need to make thousands, rather make a few hundred here and there to keep me afloat. Maybe have the potential to make thousands if i need to, to invest into my main app/business. Although, making a ton of cash is not important at the minute.
Here's a bit about my skills:
- Been coding for roughly 6 months.
- Have a pretty strong understanding of iOS.
- Know bits of PHP. I had to learn PHP to connect my app to a backend. Feel like I can learn most of PHP in no time though.
- Created a basic functioning website.
