Hello
I am currently studying electrical engineering in my 7th semester and doing my internship. While the internship is interesting, working for 7-8h on a PC for someone else isn't the right goal for me. As I read the article about Web Designer I was thinking if I could use my skills in Matlab and Python. So I was looking was some freelancer sides for possibilities. Sadly there already a lot of people competing for almost every job.
My second thought is about founding a start-up. I already had some ideas but I never found someone else to work together.
In general: I often have an idea working on the details but I always fail at the first "big" step. E.g. I once had the idea for a "Shop local App". I even programmed some parts of it to test it. Sadly, it never has gone any further because I just didn't know what to do. Should I get investors and let professionals create the app? What if it fails? What else do I have to consider?
Can anyone tell me to overcome this "first" step?
