How Can I Prevent website visitors to Bypass our Platform?

Hi guys, always the input you provide is awesome and no one better than you guys to tell me ideas on how to solve this issue.

We are developing a website with a local company, and the main objective for the site is to offer the services of a very specific type of professionals. You can see them there, their expertise and bio, but I can´t figure out solidly (the only way I naturally tend to go is contracts and agreements and etc, but that is not good enough) how to prevent someone seeing the professional, and then google him/her and bypass the website offer. Most of them are subject to be found online if you google them.

Hiding the name would not always work in order for them to be hired and I can´t really find a really great solution

Any ideas?
