How do I expand my business?

I currently have a business where I purchase items in the United States and export them abroad. My business is based particularly in one country and it involves the sale of sporting goods. The model is profitable ,but the sales volume is currently low. I am trying to increase volume ,but am not sure how.

We sell mainly brand name goods however, it's only profitable to sell stuff that I can buy from closeouts. I do have distribution agreements with a few companies, but nothing really well known.

The products we sell are the most competitively priced in the country. How can we expand our sales?
