I've been doing some researching of some niche markets and I've been wondering how I can break down the groups to better target something they may want.
Lets take for example - Prepping
I'm going off of the preppers that are on youtube and from work as somewhat of a basis for preppers.
White
Former military or government employed
Semi-Affluent - The wealth tends to be towards the upper middle class.
Pro-gun, anti-control (For guns against restrictions, if that needed to be clarified)
Do-it-yourselfers
This can go on for hours.
I'm wondering what you mainly look at to figure out if a specific market before you can determine if you want to go in or not.
As a side note - I put this in people and relationships because you have be empathic towards the needs of your target group to further understand them.
