how do you buy better?

Im from Uk and i run a product website, just like to say this is such a good forum. i think its important to have a growth mind set in business if you not moving forward your going backwards.

My issue with selling items online it i have have a website where i sell items online i buy things but have n idea if these items will sell. how does one buy better? i don't want to tie up my cash in products that don't sell or just sit there

is there a way that i can buy better for my business?

You have to do product research. Software like Terapeak is commonly used to find products to sell in ebay and amazon. But there are a ton of other methods you should research.
