Been having a crazy couple of weeks, working non-stop for the last 8 weeks or so. Every day grind. 9am-10pm, including running errands for the family, and managing business. Free time allocated to gym and rest ( ecstaaatic that I made my recovery journey back to 225 bench goal after a heavy motorcycle accident!).
Because of this, I've caught the Entrepreneurial plaugue; the widely feared Burnout.
Setting up a Real Estate Investment firm, providing sound JV opportunities, syndications and straight hard money lending. Also providing guaranteed returns for investors, upwards of 30% per annum.
Not an easy task. I bet on atleast a couple raised eyebrows, lol.
All in all, Busting a$$, and feeling the toll. Motivation is losing it's fire, don't know what to do. Still hustling, but Not on point like I usually am.
Not taking time out for women, going out (not easy).
Heavily financially invested in this, going big or going home.
Last couple of days, it's like I don't even want to think about working, and I find myself having to convince myself to go to work, which I usually don't have to do.
Now I know there are so many veterans here, help a youngin out!
What did you guys do to deal with heavy burn out? Work in 6 week intervals, 6 month intervals?
How do you find that sweet balance of work and play where your not burning out, and enjoying as well?
How do you maintain the trifecta focus on social (relationships) , Work (freedom) and Gym (health)?
