Hi,

how do you guys get good, passionate team members/partners for your online projects? Use a site for it like Elance etc? What is the chance of finding them for free (at first, but with the first income they'd get their pay)?

I'm wondering because I'd love to have a team to help me with graphic design (blog theme, logo, etc..) and maybe even some programmer to create small apps/programs that could help my visitors. But now I don't have resources to pay them...
