Me and a couple friends started a Marketing/Web Dev/ and Consulting firm, each of us targeting an industry or field of business that we are familiar with, and we were wondering how you are supposed to price your services.
I called some marketing companies in my area and their prices are ridiculous, I know price is determined by value given, but nothing these marketing companies advertised emphasized RESULTS for their potential clients. They were charging like 10k for a website, 2.5k for brochures and its distribution, 7.7k monthly fee to have a marketing strategy implemented, and a $1,000 for maintenance fees every month.
All they did was reiterate how they would make a site look nice, do this and that, get more traffic, do more of this and more of that, but nothing about SALES and RESULTS.
What we're trying to do is actually fully invest into the businesses we are working with and get them results and sales.

So how would we go about pricing our services, espiecially since we are new? Do we a take certain percentage of the additional revenue these businesses generate as a result of our marketing? What would be a fair and value-driven percentage?
And yes I have read TMF and I've also read Breaking the Time Barrier lol, but since we are a new business we have no idea how to approach this.
