how i want to make my first million

Hey all, first post on here, been lurking for probably 1,5 years.
I stumbled upon this site because I like to google millionaire stuff on google probably just like anyone here!
I am a french canadian so please forgive my poor english writhing!

first, my story!

I always been a school hater, i hated it deeply with all my heart and never liked the usual roads people travel in life, and recently decided to drop out of university to work on my biz full time. My parents are okay with it and they still let me live under their roof and I plan on staying there for another 2 years where I think i will try and reinvest all the profits I make in my company to grow it and hope for a buy out when I leave home. I always loved risks and was always fascinated with turning 1$ into 2$. Me and my best friend have a passion to flip stuff and make money. I know people on here usually say no to joint venture or whatever it is called but we decided to try to both be millionaire by 25 and working as a team is easier in my opinion because you always are accountable to each others. Anyways so for a year or half we have been flipping cars/tires/mags/tickets anything we could make a $ on we would chase it. During the last summer I convinced him to try the franchise model so we did the painting franchise. It was meant to be a trial for us to learn to know ourselves and what we really are made of. Each of us ran his own business and both were kind of successful. We learned that we didn't want to work for the pyramid of another person et we both agreed that we would start our own pyramid to work on and eventually sell!

So here it goes.

We decided to sell old school bmw parts! we are both cars guys and we learned the trade while flipping cars/tires. We picked to specialize in pre 99 bmw because thats the one we know inside out, until we grow bigger thats what we will do.
basically both of us have for now 50k saved up, not a lot for all of you i know but we both are 20 and we feel its a good start to a long journey.

where we are
We have an incorporated business for now 3 weeks
all equipments to dismantle cars have been purchased
rent is paid for the whole year
4 cars waiting to be dismantled and 2 dismantled.

what needs to be done ;
take photos put the adds on ebay.ca (currently our sales are coming from kijiji/word of mouth/bmw forums) *creating an ebay store would be good
upgrade a couple of equipment pieces
still a couple of papers to fill up for the government etc.
hire a guy to sandblast/paint our piece to sell 'rebuilt parts'
find a accountant because none of us know shit about this

for now we are two owner operator for the simple reason that where i live assurances and shits for employees are a pain in the F*cking a$$. I know it is not fastlane and we only created a job for ourselves but hey we got to start somewhere. so yeah the guy who we will hire first a buddy of mine and doesn't mind being paid under the table.

short term plan (1 year);
-set up a good name online and where we live
-accumulate enough cash to buy our own land instead of renting (both of us are too young to have a good credit so we couldn't finance a property sadly)
-have atleast 100 cars dismantled.

mid term plan (2-3 years) ;
only supervise and manage people (that's where it gets fastlane)
have 400 cars dismantled
company making 100k profits +

long term plan (4-5 years) ;
have 800 cars dismantled which means an inventory of around 2 millions
from there see if we want to cash out if there is no more potential to grow bigger

While doing this I am still planning to run my painting company next summer with the same friend and this will also be profitable and help for our goal of a million before 25.



I will use this thread to upgrade my progress and because when I will reach my goal I will smile looking at my thread. Any feedback is welcomed, I won't take anything personal so don't be scared to critic my idea/plan.
