With summer over, I’m reworking my routine for the rest of the year.
I want to push myself and accomplish a lot, but I’m wondering if I’m being too ambitious.
Is my schedule realistic, or am I setting myself up for burnout?
Most of the self-improvement content out there tells us we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
It’s all about mindset, discipline, and consistency, right?
But sometimes, I wonder if these messages are a bit idealistic.
Are we really capable of achieving it all, or is this narrative just a clever marketing strategy?
Have you ever pushed yourself to the limit for an extended time? How did it go?
Were you surprised by what you could achieve, or did it come at a cost?
I’m sharing my planned routine below to get your honest feedback.
Does it seem viable, or am I biting off more than I can chew?
Weekday Routine:
• 05:00: Wake up
• 05:10 - 05:50: Stretching routine
• 07:20: Leave for work
• 08:00 - 13:45: Work
• 14:40: Back home
• 14:40 - 15:30: Lunch and a 30-minute nap
• 16:00 - 19:00: Work on my web design business (my main focus)
• 19:30 - 20:45: Gym (2 times a week)
• 16:00 - 18:00: English lesson (1 time a week)
• 21:00 - 22:00: Dinner and then sleep
Weekend Routine:
• 4-5 hours of deep work on my web design business per day
• 1 workout per day
• 1 two-hour English lesson
• Aim for 8 hours of sleep each night
What do you think about my schedule?
Does it seem reasonable, or am I asking too much of myself?
