Hello guys,

After several product developments, which all failed I want to try a completely new process.

I want to try something more Lean Startup like. Therefore I first want to find a market, then find a problem and then solve this problem by a product. I heard about thefoundation, which are doing something similar.

My question is:
How to break the barriers in a cold call to get knowledge about the customers problems?
Have you done that before? How did you do it?
