Hi,

A friend of mine sells over 1,000 orders per day. About 2% of these orders have various problems, usually the wrong item being sent (which is usually the result of a scanning error).

How do you guys suggest he fixes this issue? I am interested myself, being in the same industry (but smaller at the moment)
