Hello buddies, what would you do with that?
I have with family a log house, we rented it for short-term last year it worked well but as i remember i set up a prices without too much wondering.It was near to the end of season-August and it was testing time if there is a need.(We want to rent only from may to the end of october) That prices worked but right now i would like to think about it better and set up the best possible prices.
In surrounding there are mainly apartaments in Centrum of the nearest city, and practically zero objects like ours. So i do not have something reliable to compare.
I set up a price for that season and i will be changing it along the way when i see how market reacts. But for sure i can learn from other and find also better solution and marketing tactics which would work.
Do you have some insights? Also Generally about pricing set up and short-term rent.
