Hi,
I am Jaz, new to this forum but heard a lot good things about this page.
Have been working as Program/Project Manager in IT industry in a 10 billion USD company (not quite techy but functional Manager) from last 13 years (same organisation) and in UK from last 4 years now.
Work has become so monotonous, thought to do something else as well simultaneously.
Just started publishing blog

Thought to record my vlog on youtube , tried but then I didn't look like I wanted
Started Instagram so that people follow and I may get some income -jazrecipe

But then what after this?
Registed myself on all freelancing sites - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr etc. to get started
Bid for Project manager and Virtual Assistant, didn't get a single response. Its been 1.5-2 months.

Not to forget got one offer on Freelancer today, to collect urine sample from homes as there is a survey going on. (No, I am not doing this)
What I am gaining out of it? Time I am spending in doing all these stuff, Is it contributing in my career or adding up some money in my bank account?
The answer is "No". I know its not all about money at the start. But I am in my early 30's and should achieve something in life before I turn 40.
Want to do start something of my own. But then I think I have become Action faker rather Action Taker.
What I am doing wrong?
I wanted to be an Entrepreneur, most of the population say this.
Shall I record a video from phone and upload on youtube. Forget if people accept me or not? Just give it started?
Or keeping writing as blogger but will people click on the link if I try facebook ad. Will I get viewers?
Or Keep on doing without thinking of the result.
Please suggest, how should I start and what I should think before giving a try for anything. I want to have sleepless nights but for work only.
Any suggestions and advice are welcome. Your experience matters.
