This book is about how market based management built one of the largest private businesses in the world (doing $90 billion in sales in 07)
It outlines exactly how they view business , growth , buying and selling assets , management , value , innovation , and how to build a prosperous society
Due to the title i expected another cheesy book by another cheesy author tryna scam for $$$. But as i listened (cus i bought the audio book) my mind was blown by how well it outlined the concepts of how to maintain growth and developing a entrepreneurial culture in your business that rewards increasing value and experimentation.
If you're running a business whether you just got it up and running or your business has been up its a must read. It made me look at what i was doing and change my direction. It's that mind blowing.
