I am growing a music social network, need advice

My name is Landon and I am the owner of http://www.tuneorg.com. It is a new music-based social network. The membership is growing nicely but I am incurring costs for advertising and web hosting. I intend to keep the site 100% free but I would love some ideas from you experts out here on how to start making money of my site. I understand my traffic is not so huge that I will be making "big bucks" right off the bat but I would like to install a framework so that as my site grows I can become profitable. Are there any advice or resources you can direct me to?
