I am starting a new business. And I have this feeling of anticipation mixed with the sense of not really knowing how to accomplish it.
Oh, haha. So please feel free to share any of your insights regarding the following business problems.
1/ This problem is more about the way you share your problem here on the Forum. I feel many of us are either a bit secretive or shy to freely share their business concept and the stage of execution they are at. When you are not successful yet, you might have a certain paranoia about your "idea being stolen" or just feeling uncomfortable laying all your cards on the table. I surely suffer from this. But then the problem description becomes vague and even helpful answers not as useful as they could be with more info available.
2/ On my market, I expect a rush of activity because of a state intervention. Which means that my fledgling company which has as of now only a key supplier relationship established, no team and little experience has to establish a huge mass of those connections in a short amount of time.
Type of connections to be established:
- Clients
- Implementation Partners
3/ Other massive action fields:
- Quality Control for the Implementation
- Automatic Document Generation
- Building Processes to Have an Organized Company
Maybe these are the main items for now. Thank you for your thoughts.
