Hey everyone,
My name is John and I am 25 from the United States with a bullshit bachelors degree in general business from a Big Ten university. I recently moved back in with my parents and am looking for the right supercar to fly down the fastlane with. I grew up saving almost every penny I earned, but after learning about the fastlane I can see my wealth accumulated will not allow me to retire young.
I just finished reading TMF and it has completely rewired the way I look about wealth. It was the first book I have actually finished in years. I first heard about the book from some guy on youtube who said you need to spend your twenties building an empire. Being that I just turned 25 and had no empire to speak of, something clearly needed to be done. I read the first couple of chapters free on Google. I got to the part where MJ talked about his first money tree and I knew I needed to buy and finish this book. I am here mainly because I am sick of working dead end jobs in this shitty job market where it seems like everyone has a bullshit bachelors degree. Aside from that I need a Lamborghini Diablo and a Nissan Skyline.
My entire work is in foodservice. I thought I wanted to be a chef, my family says I'm a decent enough cook. Though I do not feel like spending the rest of my life however under fluorescent lights slowly decaying in a kitchen. I would like to do something food adjacent in the fastlane, though I am not married to the cullinary field.
To conclude, I have come here to find problems to solve, get some fastlane ideas, and to make some friends along the way.
