I am starting up a WordPress website hosting and maintenance service business. It's targeted to small-medium sized businesses who do not have someone to manage their website for them. The service covers everything from hosting to backups to development work. If you are familiar with the WordPress ecosystem, it's basically wpengine + wpcurve.
I would like to offer this to three entrepreneurs for free in exchange for a testimonial I can add to my website and maybe some mentions on social media.
As far as the hosting goes, I use VPS servers from Digital Ocean. The servers are configured from the ground up for WordPress websites and they offer quite a bit of a speed boost compared to shared hosting.
Your website will also be backed up each day, I will keep WordPress and your plugins updated, set up spam blocking, and Cloudflare (if you want it). There servers are also monitored 24/7 for performance and security. Basically, you will be getting everything a customer would be getting except for the website development time.
There are a couple of requirements on my end. First, your website obviously needs to be a WordPress website. Your business needs to be "family friendly" e.g. I don't want to advertise a testimonial from "Joe the Stripping Gambler"
