So I have an ideá for quite a nice business model for people with 0 money who want to start building a business. Maybie it will help someone out.
The idéa is to "Dropship" content from Fiverr.com, with the same formula as people do from ali-express. The difference is that this will be a service forused business.
Example. Make a business that create websites for startup business. You will get the order for a website, work with a consultant on Fiverr.com. Your customer pay in advance, you pay the consultant and keep the difference. It will cost you 0 money to run because you spend others money to get content
How I came up with the i idea is how one media consultant firm I work with operate.
You get your account manager, you will have a Teams meating where you specify how you want your page created. He takes notes and askes alot of questions on website structure, content, if you have text, pictuers you want to use etc. Then he send the information out to a programmer. After a while, the programmer will have a draft ready. You have another Teams meating, go through the draft, make the adjustments untill the customer is happy.
You can use this for everything thats offerd on Fiverr. From building Logos (Every new business need a logo), websites, photoshops, photo edits and if you live in a english speaking part of the world. Copywriting and SEO.
Just an example, a decent webpage where I live cost about 2k, on Fiverr its 300usd. Thats 1700usd you keep. which you can invest in marketing.
Problem is to get your first sales to get the money going so you can invest in marketing.
You need to build your own page. There are loads of tutorials online and you need to learn basic website desig, photoshop and basic SEO and adwords. All is avaliable for free online.
Now you just need to get clients. Just cold call, email etc. There are loads of information on how to get customers. When you have money, pay to market on google and social media. Alot of your profit has to go on marketing initially, thats how you make money with this model and the competition is high. However, you can compete with price because you have cheaper "Staff" and no overhead. And because we seems to enter in the final stretch of Covid, there will be alot of new, small business owner who will open all at once who have waited 2 years to open. So there are no better time to open this kind of business that focuses on small business owners.
The reason I dont do it myself is that I have 2 other businesses I am focusing on. I told one of my friends about this business, but he has other things in life.
So I just put it out here because why let a good idea go to waste.
