Hello all,
First, thank you in advance for any critique / feedback.
Instead of trying to come up with the next revolutionary idea, I thought of the following ‘back to basics’. I noticed in my home country that there is a growing trend for container homes/offices/bathrooms etc. However, very few companies and even fewer sites sell unmodified containers. Even the home/offices/bathroom ones are not so well marketized (in my opinion),
I want to simply take advantage of technology and build a platform to sell used containers, delivered to your terrain. I have a supplier and the price spread is reasonable high. In addition, with just a simple G-Ads campaign and introductory level SEO you can already stand out as I stated before, the competition is mostly ‘older’ generations who don’t care much about this and run through word of mouth.
Unlike cars, one can simply look at good photos and a video and get an idea of the quality of the container. One can buy without seeing it. I can even (hopefully) arrange not to have the stock myself and instead buy as soon as I get a purchase.
If there is a demand, would my platform have sufficient competitive advantage just because we list better in Google or other social media?
It’s nothing revolutionary and maybe even boring, but the competition is very poor in terms of internet and seems the spread is significant. Open to comments.
