I started a business.
Worked on it for two years.
Got upset that it was taking "too long"
Rushed it and made it available for sale.
Made my first sale and felt on top of the world.
Then the sales stopped.
The ad spend became unprofitable.
I became depressed.
Got shiny object syndrome and chased something else.
Then I realized the truth.
My products is good.
But my systems are weak.
And shiny object syndrome is a result of fear.
I got lucky and called it success.
So I took the site down.
Gave up all projects related to my shiny object syndrome escapades even though they made money.
Went back to the drawing board.
Built a 13 week outcome goal to hit $630k in revenue.
Broke the outcome goal into 3 milestones.
Broke the milestones into 9 process goals.
Started building systems.
I'm on week 2.
Stay posted.
