Hey guys! After a long, LONG hiatus, I am finally able to get back on track with my posting on here. A bit of an update, I got divorced, which of course, sidetracked my plans for purchasing an apartment building for a bit. I kept the house, which meant that money was snug for a long time. But I finally got a new job as an IT manager, and now I'm making enough money to be able to save an invest again.
So, I'm back on track to get my plans in motion. Now, I just have to find that super awesome excel spreadsheet that someone posted about apartment building expenses, and start plugging away.
