I've been on this journey for almost 7 years and I've had some success along the way. I've also experienced a shit load of failures. Things actually started off very well and I was fearless.. I had several staff members at one stage. I eventually ran that business into the ground.
The last three years have been very tough. I've made a lot of mistakes... I'm in a lot of trouble.
I now really get Maslow and his hierarchy...
I've got to turn things around and I'm going to use this thread to share my progress.
I've sacrificed my health and many relationships over the years. I am lucky to have some friends that have been on this same journey and made millions. It really keeps me going.
So that's a bit of background. What am I going to do to change my situation?
I've got skills in marketing - online and offline. Info products, E-COM stores, Private labeling on Amazon.
However I don't have the cash or the time to do any of the above. So here's the plan:
I'm going to be offering a service. The service is relatively unknown here in the UK (around 3/4 competitors) but very popular in other parts of the world. So I know it works and I know how to fulfill it.
I can charge a lot for this service and the margins are very good. It's very scalable and the goal is to hit $5k net per month.
I've been working on the website today and will start working on getting clients after the holidays.
I don't believe it will be a challenge to sell this service as people really need it. It really does benefit them.
The challenge will be getting in front of decision makers. Cold calling or meeting face to face? I'll do whatever it takes.
I'll be back once I've got my first paying customer!
