So I have a business idea (service) in a ripe niche, and the competition seems to be minimal as of right now (emphasis on "right now"). I want to get in because I think my understanding of this industry and skill set has the potential to make me a front runner going forward.
Problem is I'm in university, in a small city, and have no significant money.
My guess is that right off the bat I would need to hire 1-5 people to fill various roles of this business, and they would need to be quality people with real skills (ie. not a $5/hour freelancer from Upwork).
If anyone has any experience with this issue or has a suggestion of ways I might be able to sidestep this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
