What's up.

I'd like to adress a problem I have every so often. The problem is having a constant or daily discipline to work on my fastlane goals and keeping the momentum going when I feel more motivated to get off my a$$. There are days where I wake up at 5-6 am, listen a podcast while doing the dishes, brainstorm ideas, take a walk, eat healthy, go swimming, etc. But other days where I feel crappy and don't feel like doing anything.

Some folks may have this problem too, if so how do you deal with it? How do you stick to your routine?
