I like how they make the idea of buying something as simple as muffins fun and exciting. This is not a fastlane business as is but I guess theoretically it could be scaled/franchised if there was enough demand. Anyway what stuck out to me the most was how these guys built a business basically by adding one little difference to an already over saturated industry. It just goes to show that just making simple improvements or putting a different spin on an existing product or service can create its own niche business. So for those who have problems coming up with a completely new product or service, perhaps your aha moment can come from identifying ways to improve something that already exists.
