Hello all! I joined the forum a while ago after reading Unscripted . These books are really the best and I do reread them from time to time. This time round I decided to stop lurking and be a participant in here.
Background: Day job in the accounting profession for at least 10 years out of university now. Part time trader with varying levels of success. The place I work at used to be good, but with a merger and with more micro management from my manager's (great chap) manager (not a good chap) is tipping the scales against wanting to bail as I am starting to get more job responsibilities . Now that my youngest kid is sleeping through the night, it is time to roll the sleeves up and get cracking on this.
I've had some success in day trading in the last few years, and was looking to become excellent in execution as MJ mentioned. However, in the long run, having a Fastlane business is the way to go.
Currently assessing a few options here and deciding what to get into.
