Hi everyone! I am an aspiring entrepreneur, I love solving problems for people and developing solutions so one would normally think that being an entrepreneur would be easy for me, but it hasn't. I have recently finished reading the Millionaire fastlane and the great rat race escape , really good info in those books! I am however struggling to get started. Ideally I would develop a software related solution as I am more techy inclined, but I am open to developing a physical product as well. I have tried looking into specific niches, but many of the problems that I find to solve have a solution that others have already developed and they already have good value skews. I think the process of learning and starting a business would be awesome but I am struggling to find a way to get started. Some of the problems I find, I also do a cost analysis to see if it would be worth it from a financial standpoint, but some get thrown out because they're not worth it. Either my ideas/solutions are not worth solving (small scale and little to no magnitude) or someone is already on track to solve it. I know not to get scared away from an idea if others are doing it, but I cannot find value skews to differentiate myself from their company. I am sure others have come across this issue but I haven't found a thread like it. At least I am repping out the fact of recognizing solutions/problems, but my issues lie in getting started on something that would work out. People might also be like "oh just get started it will sort itself out", well if I just get started then I might fall into a trap like a t-shirt business or something that's already saturated. I am looking into ideas that have need/solves a problem, proves to be worth it if I invest time and money into it, as well as has value skews that can differentiate myself from competitors. I believe this formula will set me up for success, but I cannot find things that fit this criteria to get started. I am kind of stuck here at this point, anyone have any tips to getting started with what I mentioned?
