Greeting Fastlane Forum
I'm Lou and I read the last page of the Great Rat Race Escape today. So... no more excuses to not get started!
I'm looking forward to connecting with the users here as a new entrepreneur with no business experience
I actually found the book on a library shelf by chance but the title grabbed my attention right away as it encapsulated the exact feelings I had at the time: I'm a rat in a race with no escape, living for weekends and vacation where I don't have to engage with the parts of my job I hate. My family is doomed to a mediocre existence while I hope for my kids to make more impactful and exciting choices than I did.
Having finished the book, I definitely feel like I've taken Neo's blue pill and have jumped down the rabbit hole and I can't wait to see where it leads.
Looking forward to meeting other users and seeing how I can learn and contribute.
