Hi I'm Craig, I have been traveling the slow lane ever since graduation without taking a single month off & now have a well paid 6 figure job in commercial real estate.
However I have always felt a deep dissatisfaction that gnaws at me every day.
Some inner voice that tells me I will never be rich if i stay on my current path/or at least not until I am in my 60s to 70s.
I have always thought buying real estate might be my path to wealth however everyone I know who is rich with that strategy is older than 60 if they are self made & real estate was their main wealth building business.
I have read lots of books on building wealth but it wasn't until i read Millionaire Fastlane that I clearly see the error of my ways.
I am here trying to take my experience in commercial real estate/commercial mortgage & turn it into a fastlane business with the goal of being a millionaire in the next 5 years.
