Hi Everyone and @MJ DeMarco ,
Just decided to put a stake in the ground here as far as this forum goes. It really does seem to be a goldmine, and fortunately, the gold isn't that hard to find.
I'm not going to gush on and on about how great TMF was (it was great) or how it changed my life (that hasn't happened yet) because I don't think getting all excited bodes well for my future entrepreneurial journey. Never the less, I'm hopeful that an FTE has occurred. I'll post again when I've taken some real action.
Side note: I'm considering an idea, and I'm doing a CENTS assessment of it. For Need, I'm doing a value array and was looking for a way to put my value attribute research about my potential competitors (and potential idea) in a spreadsheet. That's when it hit me. Why not use the WADM? Put value attributes down the side and have one column for each major competitor and myself? Some value attributes are likely weighted higher by some customers; so the WADM could take that into account. It would also help me see which attributes are most important to skew first. Do y'all think that makes sense?
Take care,
Kyle
