Hey guys,
I'm a 24 year Chemical Engineer and I graduated from school about a year and half ago. I'm working as Water Specialist with a rotational schedule of 7 on and 7 off which gives me a ridiculous amount of time and a 6 figure compensation package to boot.
I know the whole fastlane thing is to not work a regular job and to create but I find this job gives me best of both worlds. I have half the year to work on my own projects and the other half to work in water which there will always be a need for.
I'm also looking into dabble into real estate with a few town homes to rent out because the Edmonton real estate market still has room for some positive cash flow rentals unlike Calgary where there is no chance for that.
On top of that I'm also in the process of creating my own course to help students with time management and study tactics which can take them to the level of "effortless super-achiever". I will talk about these ideas in the right sections!
