My name is Kasia and I am 32 years old and work as a scientist in a pharma company. I am a immunohistochemistry scientist. I am a mom of 2 and pretty much have my ducks in a row. I like my job and have a nice house and family. But I started thinking of now what? I came across TMF while reading a few books on soft skills in the workplace and while reading Jon Somez book he mentioned TMF . It really made me think totally differently about businesses. My father has his own construction business and growing up I hated how much time he had to put it in. He never built any meaning full relationships with his kids and all his energy went into the business. So I always wanted a corporate 9-5 job. And I got just that! I knew I wouldn’t make as much money as my dad and that there would be a salary cap eventually, but I didn’t relized that I would achieve my goals so fast. I guess my dreams were not big enough. Or in reality I didn’t really have big enough goals (other then finish college, get a good job, have a family and a nice house). Me and my husband bought a small rancher and while both working full time and me being pregnant with our second baby we added a second story to the house and renovated it from top to bottom. I wouldn’t say it was easy but we made it. And now that’s it’s all done I still want more. Just don’t know what that means yet. I want to create some passive income on the side and learn a few new tricks while doing it. So I’m here to learn and listen.
