Have you ever dreamed of owning a Show Horse or a Show Horse Barn that you could call your own, impress your friends and business partners with, showcase your level of wealth, turn a profit from, or simply own just for the love of horses? Do you have the financial status to invest in an upscale, one-of-a-kind equestrian idea but do not have the experience or time to do so?
Well, here I am, a female horse trainer looking for a wealthy person (male or female), individually or in a partnership/syndicate who is willing to build a business with me and allow my magical imagination and planning to create a facility like no other! (think along the lines of Disney creativity)
I am a professional female, 42 years old, with experience with horses since a youth. I am willing to put in the blood/sweat/tears and permanent commitment in exchange for the financial backing. What you would be able to afford, is what you would get, so keep that in mind. Settling is not an option. The more money that is invested, the more clarity you would have to my endless dreams and plans.
Details would be discussed on specific ways to make a profit for the up and running facility, but my main goal would be to attract Hollywood Stars and Millionaire's who would love to own a show horse and board their horse at this one-of-a-kind facility. I'm talking private entrances, security access, quest suites or cottages, and other amenities. I have a unique idea for the design/architecture of the barn and facilities and have a business plan, resources, and all of the information necessary to get the ball rolling. This would NOT be a snobs barn, this will be a very professionally run yet down to earth operation, with the horses well being and customer service as priorities. With the proper marketing approach, we could very quickly develop a "Waiting List" of horse owners who would be willing to pay the price to board here.
Other than boarding horses for a monthly fee, additional forms of income for the barn would be holding Clinics, Seminars, Horse Shows, and offering Riding Lessons, Coaching, Horse Training, re-selling horses for profit, and rehabilitating horses and more...OR, it could remain a Private facility with no incoming business, and I would be more than happy to show your horses for you, live on the property, and run this dream barn for you!
I am NOT looking for a personal relationship in exchange. I have been in this situation before and will not tolerate intentions other than to run a top show barn that no one in this world has thought of to produce. I have also been approached from "supposed" wealthy people claiming to have enough money, but do NOT, and think that a mere few thousand dollars will be enough for this project. You must be a BIG THINKER.
I would be organizing this production from concept to completion, so expect heavy demands initially for architects and contractors to be appointed, among other positions as they arise, with me being the Director and Imagineer! I would also need immediate tools for the planning and execution, including but not limited to capable internet and computer systems, professional web design and printer, etc..
